December 2nd - I hate this day!

Do you all hate this day? Well, maybe not hate. I do a lot of reflecting and remembering on this day.

Anyway, we did our tree last night. Bob even put up a few decorations and ornaments. Maybe for the first time? He's never been much into that sort of thing. And of course, the camera came out...




We didn't get any snow today, Stacy said she got a lot...but we did get enough wind to almost blow our fence down. It's hanging by one slat I think...that will give Bob something to do next weekend!

Ok everyone was gone by 10:00 am this am. The house is a wreck but it was wonderful having everyone. We are minus 2 fish and some RUM... what a combination. It was a really great family time and last night Judy sat everybody down and told them how Mike was doing and showed us photos of their 40+ years on marriage., it was very touching and there were tears around the room... Family is so important, and I will post some photos on our blog as long as my computer keeps a runnin! Since we are not going to have a family reunion this summer maybe we ought to plan for next Thanksgiving????
